Abuja-kaduna Rail To Run Very Slow.
Rotimi Amaechi, has said that the Abuja-Kaduna rail line cannot run faster that 90 kilometres per hour because “we don’t want to kill cow.” The transport said there are many cows along that route and he doesn’t want the locomotives to kill them.
